HOW WE HELP

authentic
STORYTELLING

We share the real stories behind shelter dogs—their quirks, their hopes, their second chances—so people see the dog, not just the label.

CREATIVE
ADVOCACY

Through art, humor, and shareable content, we spark conversations that challenge assumptions and build empathy.

AMPLIFYING RESCUES

We partner with shelters and rescues to give their adoptable animals greater visibility and support their lifesaving work.

ADVOCACY matters

Dogs are often judged by a single moment instead of their whole story. When we slow down and look closer, understanding replaces assumptions — and better outcomes follow. Stories, art, and education help people see dogs more clearly, which makes life better for dogs and the humans who love them.

The statistics below are reported by Shelter Animals Count and come from their 2024 annual analysis.

50%

Most dog surrenders stem from common behavior issues like leash pulling, and barking.

607,000

Number of animals euthanized in 2024. Of them, 334,000 were dogs.

22,000

Number of dogs adopted in 2024, which is a 1% drop from 2023.
