The biggest difference between a standard inkjet print and a giclée print is that giclées are printed using pigment-based inks rather than dye-based inks found in lower-cost inkjet printers. Pigment-based inks have a longer lifespan and can last anywhere from 100–200 years without significant fading.

No, the frame is not included with the giclee prints on this site. It's much cheaper for you to either buy a frame or work with a local professional than it is to have me frame and ship something to you. However, I do have options for you to consider. I work with two vendors who can produce the art and frame it, or print it onto canvas, metal, wood, and acrylic. If you're interested, send me an email and I can get pricing for you.

Shipping is free in the United States. Small 8"x10" prints will ship flat in a cardboard mailer; prints larger than 8"x10" will come rolled in a cardboard mailing tube. Items ship via USPS. I make every attempt to ship orders within 5 business days, but that may vary depending on order volume. I will notify you if there will be any delays. Please let me know if you need your purchase rushed for a gift and I will try my best to accommodate you — at no extra charge — with the exception of any additional shipping fees I may incur. Keep in mind that with constant changes happening at the post office, delivery times vary based on processing facilities. Mailing tubes cannot be processed through machines and must be done by hand. If a facility is busy, they may put tubes to the side until they have enough to process in bulk. This will result in your print being delayed. Allow up to two weeks for delivery, although that is very rare.

If you live in another country and are interested in purchasing a print, please contact me before placing your order. I do not personally ship anything to international locations, but I have vendors I can work with who can make it happen. There are just a few additional steps we need to take.

Due to the nature of custom pet artwork, there are no refunds unless there is a mistake on my end. You will always receive at least one proof before your art goes into production. Please review your proof or proofs carefully. If you have any edits or revisions, you need to let me know. Once your art goes into production, the art you have approved will be printed as is.

Intentionally Bad Doodles are chaotic, silly, and intentionally wobbly. Dogs With Drinks are more polished, themed doodles featuring your pet with their beverage of choice.
