GOOD DOGS, SPONSORED

My Barking Life uses the profits from art and merchandise to cover adoption fees for shelter dogs who’ve been waiting far too long. It’s one less barrier between a good dog and a great home — and you’re part of making that happen.

Meet them below:

GIBBS

This adorable boy has seen his share of suffering — he was spotted in the park after having been hit by a car, and it was clear that was the least of his worries. Thanks to the good people at the Marion County Ohio Dog Pound, he's learning that life isn't about enduring, it's about joy. Now he needs a forever family to bring it to him every day.

Age: young (1–3 years)
Breed: Pit Bull Terrier
Size: Medium (26-60 lbs.)
Health: Up-to-date on vaccines

KANE

Kane is a friendly, easygoing guy. He has grown fond of one of the other pound dogs, and because of his bond with her, we think he could thrive in a home with or without other dogs. We would also be happy to introduce him to respectful kids who will respect an older dog's boundaries. We fell in love with Kane, now it's your turn! He's at the Marion County Ohio Dog Pound.

Age: adult (9 years)
Breed: Pit Bull Terrier
Size: Medium (26-60 lbs.)
Health: Up-to-date on vaccines

MALLY

If there's one dog in the building who stops everyone in their tracks, it's probably Mally. She commands attention! Mally is open to meeting kids and other dogs, though she is picky about her fellow canines. Meaning she could easily thrive as your only pet. She is looking and feeling great and is ready to find a new family who will love and cherish her. She's at the Marion County Ohio Dog Pound.

Age: adult (6 years)
Breed: Pit Bull Terrier
Size: Large (61-100 lbs.)
Health: Spayed, house-trained, up-to-date on vaccines

OUR ALUMNI

This is where we celebrate our successful dog adoptions. The dogs featured here came from local shelters and pounds. Thanks to sponsored adoption fees and extra visibility, they found their perfect families. View our proud alumni below, starting with Bronx, the dog who inspired it all.
