MERIT ISN'T MEASURED BY A BUDGET.

Links to important resources for every dog owner.

Sometimes the difference between a dog staying in their home and being surrendered isn't love — it's access to the right resources.

Through the My Barking Life Training Assistance Grant, we provide training scholarships to help families access professional dog training when financial barriers stand in the way.

Our goal is simple: help dogs and their people build better relationships, solve behavior challenges, and keep families together.

How It Works

Approved applicants receive a scholarship code that can be applied directly toward enrollment in an eligible training class through our partner training program.

This is not a cash grant.
My Barking Life does not provide money directly to applicants or reimburse previous training expenses. Scholarships are applied directly toward approved training services.

Who Should Apply?

This program may be a good fit if:

✓ You are committed to keeping your dog in your home

✓ You are willing to attend scheduled training sessions

✓ You are willing to practice training skills between sessions

✓ Your dog is experiencing behavior challenges that professional training may help address

✓ Financial circumstances are creating a barrier to getting help

We especially encourage applications from families who are trying to prevent surrender and need support accessing training resources.

Before You Apply

Please note:

• Training scholarships are limited and awarded based on available funding.

• Applications are reviewed individually.

• Providing inaccurate information may disqualify an application.

• Selected applicants must be able to attend training sessions consistently.

• Scholarship funds cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Tell Us About Your Dog

Thank you for helping us keep dogs where they belong — with the families who love them. Applications are held in the strictest confidence. We review each one individually, and we are honored to help where we can.

Please note: Training Assistance Grants are awarded as training scholarships only. No money is sent directly to applicants. Selected recipients must provide valid contact information and complete enrollment with our approved training partner.
