Graycee was hired to keep the property free from bunnies* and she takes her job seriously. Very seriously. She downs her espresso three times a day so that she can remain vigilant because none of those rascals are coming near the grounds on her watch. No sir. She's on top of it.

*She was not actually hired to keep the property free from bunnies. That's an assignment she has given to herself. She might have some work to do in that area, but is anyone going to tell her she's not doing a good job? No. Look at that face. "Excellent job, Graycee! Keep up the great work!"
