Once I receive your order, I'll create a proof and send it to you. I make every effort to get proofs created within 48–72 hours, but depending on my work schedule and other orders, it could take longer. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL REGULARLY.
Your art will not go into production until you are completely satisfied with your proof. Delivery of prints is estimated at 10–14 business days. This is based on delivery times for the majority of past orders. Actual shipping times may vary depending on time of year and your location. I will always provide you with a tracking number.

Once you've placed your order, upload your image or images into this folder or email them to me. If you are including images for more than one pet, please make sure the files are identified with pet names.
