Fern is a petite young hound who wants exactly three things in life: to be loved, cuddled, and kissed. She was found abandoned at a dumpster, but somehow she’s still all sweetness and silly charm — the kind of dog who believes the world might still surprise her in good ways.

She weighs in at around 40 pounds, has been spayed, microchipped, and is up-to-date on her vaccines and preventatives. She recently completed the protocol for heartworm treatment and has been cleared for adoption and a fresh new start.

She’s active, affectionate, and an excellent adventure buddy, but snuggling afterward is her true calling. She politely met a rabbit at the vet like a proper lady … but a cat in the parking lot? Let’s just say she had notes. She's also not a fan of other dogs, so keep that in mind when applying.
